How low can you go? Next the workers, sorry contractors, will have to "tender" for their contractors outside the factory gate and go lower than their former workmates to get the work. In the meantime, latest from the Kemalex is there's a rumour the boss will close the company, sack all the workers (currently on strike for increases to their $12.62 an hour pay rate etc) and put nice new "independent contractors" to work in a renamed company!
