It was written by someone well-placed to witness the shameful process of betrayal of the workers of the state by the government. The author was a Workers Compensation Advocate employed for the past 14 years by the CFMEU (Forestry and Furnishing Trades Division). He was actively involved in workers’ compensation since 1979 and from April 1987 to June 1994 was a WorkCover Board member.
