Taking Issue with Rann's water plan

While its supporters argue that Mike Rann’s state government has no choice but to build a desalination plant at Port Stanvac in the Gulf of St. Vincent, the plant’s opponents argue that its impact on the marine environment alone is reason enough to pull the plug on the project.
